Atoosa Salehi (Pesian: آتوسا صالحی; born 23 may 1972) is an Iranian writer and poet known for his children's and young adults literature.
Atoosa Salehi is an award winning, well-known Iranian author, translator, and poet.
including novels, short stories, legends, graphic novels, picture books, and poetry. She has also contributed to children's and young adults’ press, including "Soroosh Nojavan", "Aftabgardan", and "Docharkhe".
Salehi has written and translated over 90 books and won numerous awards, such as Book of the Year. Some of her works have been translated to English, German,Turkish, and Arabic.
She is Ofoq Publishers’ editor for children and young adults’ section.
Atoosa Salehi lives with her husband and two sons in Tehran.
